What do we all think of Nvidia's new GPU? Can you class this as a budget option, or is the VRAM limitation enough to put you off? Let me know in the comments below! 👇
Will this build be okay for Architects and Interior Designers? We use VRay & Enscape mostly.
Looking to shift from Gaming laptop to PC builds.
This 4050 would have been ok at $300…but the name upchanged 4060ti is hot garbage at $400
This card sucks. Greed has won again
Its annoying, everyone loses their mind over the VRAM but dont understand L2 cache. YES it has 8GB of Vram, but the 3060ti has 8gb of vram and a 4mb L2 cache. this card has a 32mb L2 cache, more hits on cache mean LESS draw for Vram.
"The brand new RTX 4060 TI is 'Hi-YAH!'" 🤪 No hate, lol! I am Jamaican 🇯🇲 and pronounce 'three' "tree". 🌳 😅
Can you show the psu connections very clearly is some videos here and there as I have never connected the new gen Gpu and it will be helpful
Could u make more build with AMD gpus they deserve WAY more media coverage
Yet another case of Nvidia being stingy with vram, but it’s good to see that they are actually giving us a functional amount of vram. For a hundred pounds more, but still.
I get sad when he doesnt say, what is up guys..
😮i would have gone with am5 this time.. it's more futureproof and come a bit more expensive but you added ddr5 so it make just a 20$ difference
What I hate is they didn’t raise the price but they made it worst in other ways like just upgrade in every way or lower the price
It’s sad see geekawhat think nvdia would ever lower prices
Basing @ those graphs, I'll say it's not that bad if you're more of a 1080p gamer yet can still do 1440p at some games. This was advertised as a 1080p after all, besides if you want something that can do 1440p and above, just straight up ignore the 60 variants. Why are u guys even shopping a low end card when you are aiming for a higher 1440p and above resolution?
Any reason why you mention dollars but not £..?
Why would anyone use upscaling at 1080p on a new gpu?? Looks trash at 1080p
Seriously only a puppet would do what nvidia says and use dlss in the review benchmarks.
What other choice of PSU and GPU could I use with this build?
question: is a 240mm aio for an i7 13700k
Can I pair this gpu (8gb) with a i5 12400f?
Still mad I bought a 3060 for 800$
Some games have huge texture issues with the 8gb vram, many other reviews showing this.
I would buy a cheaper case and ssd and buy the 16gb
2% overall better performance. And nothing else.
Jesus. What has happened to the gpu market
Can we have a white build please?
Another fantastic video GeekaWhat. 😁
"Impressive specs" at $400 lol, good one and people said pc builders can't tell good jokes.
GeekaWhat is the only channel appreciate 4060Ti while other main stream channels like GamersNexus, Linus tech tips, Hardware unboxed says otherwise. This card will be dead on arrival. We shouldnt allow Nvidia to do whatever they want to make money. This card is 9% at max better than 3060Ti at the price of 400 dollars. Thats not acceptable. Most of the titles 3060Ti is just 2 – 3% behind. Such a bad card or either they priced this card very badly.
"Respect to HU, GN and anybody who got free samples and still had balls to tell the truth. Not everybody will risk being neutral and risk loosing good relationship with nvidia. Too much money to lose."
This above comment was posted on Hardware unboxed channel. And I want everyone in the audience to see this. Anyone who watching this channel only and not mainstream channels like Gamers nexus, Hardware unboxed, Linus tech tips will think after watching this video, oh 4060Ti is a great card, I should spend a 400 dollars to buy one. Please, what I want to say is don't just watch a one youtube channels video to decide your next purchase. Save you some money.
could I throw an i7 or i9 in there?
This is an 8 lane pcie graphics card not a 16 like its bigger brothers. This is a 1080p card and does well and not bad at 1440p. The reviews are subjective based on what resolutiin you want to play at. People need to relax regarding the price point. If you cant afford it dont buy it. Save your money on everything else thats inflated like eggs, milk, and gas and quit complaing. To much negativity. Geat video brother keep up the positivity.
You were kinder than all the other reviewers; everyone else slaughtered it as a terrible card, especially Hardware Unboxed and Gamers Nexus channels. There's several games where this GPU can't even manage 1080p ultra settings, with FPS frequently dropping to 2 or 3 frequently, primarily because 8GB VRAM is not enough. Buying a GPU with less than 16GB VRAM in 2023 is just a terrible idea, especially at $400!
For a $1200 build the RX 6800 XT is the best.
