I don't do PC builds often, but I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Thanks for watching 2D fam =)

Vega is so sexy I would trade a 1080ti for one

I've got a Node 202, a 1700 and an air-cooled Vega 64. Can't OC the 1700, kinda limited to 3200MHz(RAM is also 16GB 3200MHz DDR4), but soon I'm gonna slap a Morpheus II onto the Vega for even better thermals. Had to remove the shroud to get the 64 to fit, thankfully the case fans I installed do a kickass job with cooling the card. Morpheus should be even better.

    Unfortunately, there don't seem to be much better methods of cooling my 1700 than the fan and heatsink on it with Thermal Grizzly Cryonaut(or was it Kryonaut? I forget). I'll fiddle around, but the stock clocks are spectacular anyways. I just miss my 17069 Cinebench score when I was able to OC to 3.9GHz on an AIO in my last case. ;-;

Do you have any stuttering issues? What drivers are you using? And what version of windows? I have the same mobo and cpu and have almost unusable stutter. The biggest dofferemce is the ram and that I’m using a a rx470

Close to a year since you posted this. How's the Vega 64 doing?

  6. Carl Wells

It's a shame that Vega 64 uses so much power with its built in water cooler it's ideal for that case otherwise (aswell as a pretty backplate to have on display)

@Dave Lee what backgrounds do u use?

  8. Mike Kleanthous

Can you add water cooling in this case? I don't want their tall one .

  9. Branislav Benkei

hey, I got nearly the same specs as you (watched this video before I bought the case). only I got an Fatal1ty X370 ITX MB.
but I noticed, my system gets overheated. did you discover this kind of problem by your PC, please?

Hello Dave Lee! I've been watching this channel from around 200k or so maybe even less; my first video was your laptop setup around 2 years ago. I wanted to say thank you very much for this, and I just wanted to comment on how I think the Deepcool Captain 120EX White looks great on this PC. I have a picture of that and I don't see anyone else putting that into this computer. Here is the link to the picture and hope you enjoy it! Other than that you have made a computer that I love! And thank you so so so much for this video!

Dave i need help. I have same configuration but with 2700x. Did you used single PCIe 2×8 or dual?

  12. Crimson Harp

ill buy that case right now and ill have all the pc components needed. black friday got me a $107 Ryzen 7 1700X :3… Vega 64 liquid cooled is boss <3.. oh and your hashes were low because you used a 600W powersupply

  13. Skolver

Can this case fit a vega 64 strix?

  14. hua nexus

    emmm……want to get a vega 64 liquid cooler,but i just can't find 🙁

  15. Chalpua

This inspired my brothers build. Ryzen 5 1600x and Vega 64 LC. He was able to get the CPU, Mobo, and GPU all bundled together. He's using it on a 49inch UW at 120hz. Pretty insane build. This was of course before the miners got all the Vega GPU in 2016 right after launch.

I have the vega 64 red devil power color, and it works pretty cold. I don't change so soon.
