Arctic Liquid Freezer II with Der8auer Ryzen 3000 OC Bracket – Making One of the Best AIOs Better?

Finally got the Arctic Liquid Freezer 2 installed with the Ryzen OC Bracket by Der8auer. It took a few attempts and some fiddling, but after all I’m happy with the thermal testing results.

Also possible with m4 12mm hex bolts. less chance to hit the motherboard… Nice vid though

The thing is that for a single chiplet Ryzen 3rd Gen CPU you get better results from a good air cooler than from an AIO.

I know, because I have tested it.

I just installed the AC Freezer II+OC Bracket and I used the screws you linked in the video. I replaced a Corsair H100i GTX and my load temps dropped 10 degrees Celsius. One thing I had to so was use the provided washers on the screws as they were a bit too long. You have to file a flat spot on them to get them to fit but it helped achieve better mounting pressure.

I did email Roman directly about his kit and this aio and never heard back. I was kinda hoping for more than a 2.5c delta, you can get thus just by changing pastes.

Can i maybe use this custom bracket to fit a standard cooler on a nonstandard AM4?
    Let me explain:

I have a minipc (Minisforum X400) which has a standard AM4 socket but with non-standard mounting holes which are at about 1.5 milimeters inwards offset from the standard
