Best Budget ANC Headphones? | Creative Zen Hybrid Review

Reviewing the Creative Zen Hybrid ANC headphones, among the best budget friendly noise cancelling wireless ‘phones of 2022, ideal for gaming, music, podcasts and everything else. With ANC on board, the Creative Zen Hybrid makes for easy listening wherever you wander – for a price under £100 here in the UK.

Audio quality is good for the price, offering the kind of tuning that should appeal to most listeners. Bass is strong enough to satisfy without overpowering the rest of the range. The Creative Zen Hybrid headphones also boast impressive noise cancellation for public consumption of podcasts and audiobooks.

You’ve got comprehensive controls that are intuitive to operate, as well as a choice of Bluetooth wireless or 3.5mm wired connections. Battery life is respectable if not outstanding, with almost 30 hours of playback from a single charge. And the Creative Zen Hybrid headphones also look smart, even if they’re mostly made from plastic.

How do these stack up to my Anker Soundcore Life Q30's? – They are around the same price i think

  2. Sujal Vasant

are these better than skullcandy hesh evo for the same price?

  3. Jazz Raja

Took these on a flight and the anc was a godsend with the rumble coming from the engines of the small plane. Comfortable and feel very soft. Think I’m getting some distortion with deeper bass but need more testing.

Great review of affordable headphones Chris something people can afford and there's mrwhostheboss buying smartphones that cost thousands and thousands of dollars guess he forgot that people are wondering where they will get the money to pay their energy bills

Hard to believe Creative is actually still alive. What a blast from the past. And it sounds like a banger for the buckers

Try out the Skullcandy Hesh Evo

  11. How do you think these compare to JBL Live660 NC? Have been using those, ANC is pretty good, battery life excellent, doesn't feel cheap and has pretty good quality sound – seems like a competitor for the Creative Zen, same price point as well.

Audiophiles won't spend £100 on headphones. Think again. The HE X4 for $89 is one of the best budget Audiophile headphones around. With a bit of EQ they sound very very good.

  13. lionett

Look like white versions of the Soundpeats A6

  14. Kyron

No ldac and no EQ app. May as well get a soundcore Q30 for much cheaper.

  15. Kyron

WTF no frequency response graph. This guy is not a serious headphone reviewer.
