Hi Brian, sometimes I have just one or two icons missing and the setting you mentioned is OK. What I do is restart Windows Explorer from the task manager and voila the missing icons reappear .

theres a very high chance everything will be greyed out it happened to me and what you did in the video wouldent work
however these Instructions that i found do

Press the Windows key, type regedit, and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
Navigate to and select HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareClassesLocal SettingsSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionTrayNotify.
Delete both IconStreams and PastIconStream in the right pane.
Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and select Start Task Manager.
Select the Processes tab, choose explorer.exe, and click End Process.
Choose the Applications tab, click New Task, enter explorer.exe in the text box, and press Enter.

    Your icons should reappear.

  6. Do you have a fix for my Start Menu bug? Sometimes when i open my start menu, i'll have Tiles on top of other tiles in the wrong place. I can't click on them or move them when this happens. I have to reboot the machine to fix it. Is there a way to fix this bug? Or a way to simply restart the menu process without restarting the machine?

Before I upgraded to windows 10, my antivirus icon appeared in the taskbar on the bottom right. Now that I have W10, it's not there. I went to the place you show here but my antivirus program isn't even on the list to turn on the icon. I've tried restarting my computer but that doesn't work. Can you help?
