Hi, I tried to record my screen by using your suggestion. It seems that it records chrome fine, sound is working. but when I switch it to word or file, the screen wasn't recorded. Please let me know why. Many thanks,

Is the recording able to be played on any computer? Can I bring it as a file or send it to someone to play? I am doing a brief presentation for an interview & trying to determine the best way to approach it. I have a desktop not a laptop. Thank you for the helpful videos!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

It used to work but now when I do a print screen & paste into paint it comes up as a black screen. What is going on? I use the print screen button by the scroll lock & then paste into paint. I've tried snip tool too. It makes somethings a black screen that I can't see what I'm doing. Are some things blocked that you can't do screenshot?

so my game capture is working properly. i can record my computer screen and audio. my issue is , as sson as i open something else on the screen it doesnt show in the capture. for example , lets say im recording myself browsing on youtube , and then i open spotify next to it , it wont show spotify (or anything) in the capture. its almost like whatever was on the screen when i hit record is the only thing itll show. its strange and frustrating. any ideas?
