    After the update my ipad is charge very very slow it was fully charge under one hour now it's take about 2 hours !!!!

    2 things. The option to download developer beta updates is present even if you don’t have a developer account and it shows the developer betas even without a developer account although I don’t know what would happen if you tried to download a developer beta without a developer account

    Also the option to have Siri Hangup calls is not in 16.4 version on my iphone

    Yes and there is a bug!
    I use One Drive and now it won’t open any txt docs?!
    Every thing else opens on One Drive, but not txt docs
