So after years of trying they still haven't gotten Win-10 right and are now rolling out a whole new defective product.

I despise WAU these days and I have spent quite a bit of my time trying to learn ways of enabling some control over the wildly-automatic process. If windows 10 Home is left to it's own devices, you will come back to a machine that has been restarted 3 to 5 times per week. If this is acceptable to you, fine but it's not for me. I don't want my machines doing things I didn't command them to. I use GPEDIT (for Home Edition) to prevent auto-restarting and lately I've been delaying WAU for the maximum amounts of time due to many, MANY failed updates. I think that particular (new laptop) Asus G15 has completely missed the 20H2 version because it just kept failing to install and now they wanna drop 21H1. I would like MS to give back some controls to Admins, without needs for so many "tweaks" just to make it usable.
What's frustrating about a failed update is that it goes through the same install/reboot but also Undo Changes and another reboot. What happened to the ability to Hide Update KB00XXXX?

So I have the KB5004237 update installed are you saying that it is still not safe to use our computers? Sorry, I am a little confused now after watching the video mate?

is 117 flaws some kind of record, you would think that sooner or later they would fix all the holes, but no they keep on finding more, if the roof is rotten you will keep having to patch it, its time for microsoft to build a new roof, they built edge on top of foss and made a good browser, its time they thought of building windows on to of foss as well

Oh it fixed the security flaws. By not making my PC boot up anymore. Can't have flaws if you don't have a computer.

  7. FunGames

I fixed the security problems last year by completely blocking microsoft. It's been running perfectly since.

Some people in my hometown have had to take their computers to technicians after downloading latest Windows 10 update.

I've had a problem being able in stall Windows updates here's the error I get.

    Windows update

something went wrong. Try to reopen settings later.

I have Windows version 20 H2. I tried installing version 20 1H1 but it fails every time I try to install it. I've gone and done all the steps to repair the Windows updates like deleting the Windows cache. And running a Fix. Bat

I've been told to wait for the next Windows update but obviously I'm not able to get updates, I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem or knows a fix, this is happened for four months now.

More serious security problems. Oh, you poor Windows suckers!

  11. Nisse242

I only got the latest update 21H1 not the other updates

Disable print spooler means you can’t print? Yeah, that’ll go down well with my users.

  13. Rocky Johnson

I belive it is the update KB5004237. If this is correct, do install it down. It is prompted in my Windows 10.

So we will get to go through this again once Win 11 is release, for the next several years. Fix 10 and kick Win 11 and who ever thought of it out of a job. More NUT NERDS who have no idea about security. I am converting one of my 20 computers to Linux and plan to covert the rest when Win 10 goes away.

Just lost my PC to BootMGR error…it had done another update last friday July 16th 2021, everything had been fine, i thought i'd let it install and restart, got back in and all good that night, next morning turned pc on and BootMGR error and nothing, tried to boot from a lucky backup i did, but just gave me a cannot repair…Great, just Fu$&in Great! 😧

  16. I patched my SSD with Linux Mint. Incredible improvement. Faster, cleaner, more secure, no updates every 3.2 seconds.
    Do yourself a favour

Thank you for this update! I sincerely appreciate that you take the time to do this!
