MacBook Air 15-inch M2 HANDS ON | Bigger is Better!

We go hands-on with the new MacBook Air 15-inch M2 at WWDC 2023. This machine builds on the success of last year’s 13-inch MacBook Air, but with a larger 15.3-inch display that seems great for multitasking. Here are our first impressions of the design, specs, features and more.

The cheapest model is 2000 USD in my country. I thought it will be my next purchase. But a 8gb RAM laptop at that price? Ridiculous. If it were 400-450 USD less, maybe. And I don't wanna hear how it's enough or the Mac handles memory better. It's just dumb. I am not gonna buy a 15 inch laptop with 8gb ram for 2k just to browse the web and consume media. For $100 less I can buy a Windows laptop with 32gb RAM, RTX GPU and i7 CPU.

Imagine buying a laptop with 256 gb of storage for 1000+ dollars in 2023

Hi. I'm currently learning by my own front-end dev. I saved some money to purchase a MBP 14" but now I'm not sure if I should purchase a MBP or not. I've seen some videos saying that if you're a begginer and you already have a laptop, it's not worth it. I have a Windows i5 16gb RAM that's 7 years old but its working just nice. What would you recommend? P.S: I live in latinamerica, so I would purchase the MBP when I travel to the US (I don't go there often). This means that I can't trade it as frequent as someone who lives in USA. What do you think? Thanks and keep up the good work!

  9. Is it true that for Pride month the Steve Jobs theater was renamed the Blow Jobs theater?!

Although I think the 15-inch Air defeats the purpose of Air and should just be called MacBook, I still ordered it the moment it was announced. Can't wait!

i got 3 macbooks already but i would buy it with 120 hz screen. But good old Apple decided to save pennies AGAIN

It's an amazing looking laptop. But if you want all the ports you have to spend $2,000 on the pro-versions. I just bought a Dell Inspiron 16 plus with the core i7 h model 12 gen, with a 3050 TI for graphics 16 gigs of RAM and a 500 gig hard drive thunderbolt 4 ports HDMI to USB-A ports and an adapter with a 3k screen for $999. Plus not to mention it's upgradable. Apple is fleecing everybody. Unless you're an Apple fan boy you always think Apple is better than everyone else I will say that battery life is a given and the screens are always good but is it really worth the upcharge? That's up to you lol

Will it work with a dual monitor? Is that what you mean by dual port? That's my problem with the macbook air m1. I can only connect it with one monitor.
