Surprised how they removed the Search Box from Dev and gave it to Beta.

But does that mean that Microsoft just abandoned rolling out the new rounded search experience mentioned in Build 25158 ?

None of this new features work! Why? I don´t have the search box in the task bar and the task manager thing also!

What will the search box look like when choosing to move the taskbar icons to the left?

what is the point of a search box? if you just press the windows key and start typing, you automatically start doing a search

The wierd alignment of the search box hints at what they showed us as the new split taskbar UI aka windows 12 UI. I think in the future app icons will remain at the bottom on a floating UI while everything else will go on the top. search bar would settle at the center on the top and that is why it aligned so differently at the bottom. They might just be developing search box for now.
