The 6a did amazing against the 5a considering that the Tensor has 40% to 70% more performance than the 765G snapdragon. It also has a 200MaH smaller battery

I use Safari for YT and get about 50% more SoT than the YT app. I suspect Google intentionally does not optimise YT to push people to Android. It has taken us years on iOS to get PiP, so I feel using a Google app on an iPhone is maybe a bit naughty. Anyway, we can see from the Safari web test that a well optimised app makes a massive difference in efficiency.

As for the Tensor chip, it is a rebadged Exynos, and anyone use to that chip knows it sucks at efficiency. That probbaly explains the poor YT performance on the A53 as well (YT on a Snapdragon A53 would have easily beaten the Pixels).

I would suggest next time use an iPhone 11 instead of the iPhone SE as that is similar in price, specs and size, where as the SE is a one-off device that does not really compete with anything else in the market.

As a Pixel 6 Pro user I can attest to disappointing sub-par battery life on data, on wifi it is still sub-par, but standby it is good. We did not get the Pixel 5a here but that would be my choice over these.

Gcam works perfectly. For front, back and wide angle in pictures. Crashes in video which i dont mind.

778g, 120hz oled, 4500mah-25w charging which I have, updates till 2025, headphone jack, stereo speakers,ip67 water resistant.

Best thing I have done was to ditch that 6a
Ps- cosidered nothing ph 1 which is a great phone, i would like to see how they evolve and not be experimental with thier 1st gen

I switched from s21 to 6a big mistake. Going back to s21. Charge rate is ridiculously slow the phone is constantly running hot. It's a shame as I do like some of the software bits.

Amazing I just saw a commercial today with the 6A saying the battery lasts up to 3 days and I was wondering how long it will last in a test…
