I really like the very detailed reviews and QnA's like this and im gonna have a really easy question. I have the LG 27 QHD Nano IPS and for someone like me who hasnt personally experienced HDR, will this monitor be that huge of an upgrade from my current monitor? I do game a lot and movies so id like an input please?

I have a question. I always use Nvidia GPUs. I currently have a 3080ti. I am super excited for the new Acer Predator X32 monitors coming out this year. One of them has HDMI 2.1 and Freesync Pro and also gsync compatible I would imagine, and the other has Gsync Ultimate (with a dedicated module). The Freesync Pro variant is $1799 and the Gsync variant is going to be $1,999. These are the only differences between the two panels. Would I even benefit from using the one with Gsync ultimate? I also have a PS5. So having hdmi 2.1 would be nice. What would you do considering you have an Nvidia GPU? The one with HDMI 2.1 also has a DisplayPort 1.4 as well. Thanks

I'm happy with my 27" Samsung G7 odyseey. No way i'm ever buying something with a fan in it ever again after the PG27UQ.

Thank you for this. It's rare that a new monitor makes a video like this neccessary, but you did the work and I think it was worth it!
(btw. I kind of doubt that Dell can deliver on the next day repair promise since that's usually done by replacement afaik. And the monitor is sold out for months… 🙂 )
