What do you think about this latest mainstream GPU by AMD?
Yeah, the card is not amazing for a consumers unfortunately, if 6000 series cards sell out and it gets cheaper it will be the best new entry level GPU, especially with a 16gb version. What AMD did however is really interesting from an engineering perspective, since they shrinked down the die considerably and got a little better performance with less energy. (and that on the same node, meaning it could cost even less xD)
RX6700XT is $320 right now. GO BUY THAT INSTEAD!

I disagree. I think RX 7600 is a good GPU with decent generational uplift compared to the 6600 much better than what NVIDIA offered with the 4060 Ti. Yes the last gen cards are gonna be cheaper however if we exclude last gen the 7600 is the best budget option currently.
3060ti, 4960ti stilo much better. 4060ti with good RT and DLSS 3 – good card for 1080,1440p.
The 7600 is not a bad card. It is a decent uplift from 6600 in most games. The price of $270 is not too bad. Nothing to run out and buy tho. I would wait until the FULL launch of AMD and Nvidia products and then make a choice. I think 12 GB should be minimum for vram in 2023 for cards above $300 and 16 GB over GPUs for $400 but I consider the 7600 the bottom entry level card and if the 7600 launch is not good then I expect the price to drop lower than the $270 price sooner than later and that I why people SHOULD WAIT. If the price drops to low $200s then the 7600 would be good option for budget builds. Any GPU over the 7600 should have more vram or it is a hard pass.
Amd purpose is making more money
4060 realisticly should be 3070 ti peformace mabey with future drivers
in a few months, this card is gonna be around $230-$240, just wait for the price drop since its not really a bad gpu just a bad price
Still the low range GPU that will quickly stay behind in a couple of years
The Arc A750 is 199$ in the US now, good price!
