Looking for a affordable wireless home security camera that runs on battery or solar-power? well the Reolink Argus 2 1080p 2 megapixel security camera is a awesome choice. I have been runing this camera and the sun charges the battery so i never have to charge it and the camera is completely wire free, so no need for a power outlet to power the camera.

Brian which music you use in this video and where you get other music for other videos?
If they work great idea
now that's a clever Idea. Great Review Bri
Thanks for this review.
I presently have 4 Swann cameras set up around my property and have wanted to install a couple more but haven't because the first 4 were a real pain to install with all all the wiring. So this might be a good solution. I just have 2 questions….
1. Could I set up a spare Android TV box connected to a spare TV and use the app that you mentioned to basically mimic the set up that I have for my other 4 cameras, which are connected to a pvr and a TV in my office which shows all 4 cameras at once? Or would I need to wait for and outlay for the home base?
2. Do you think the magnetic connector would withstand a very strong storm?
great i like that
I Spy wid my little camera
Great looking Sec Cam, love it's solar powered. Great Video although I did keep hearing what sounded like a razer or something at times…
Great quality from the camera the poor little solar panel probably will not get much sunlight it being in UK lol in any Case probably don't need much sunlight
nice video
you are making good money by doing those videos and product testing.
I think it is a typo in the description (chargies -> charges)
Awesome Brian now days you can never be to safe
We have the ring video doorbell stick up camera with the solar panel. Much easier to set up and the video is much better.
I have MI max too!
Anyway, this product is not available in Amazon india!
Important Note: I forgot to put the resolution to max and frame rate to max to give clearer picture
Good product and nice camera, thanks Brian.
What's the length of the solar panel charging cable?
Using the Solar panel, how long does it actually keep the battery charged before having to plug it in manually?
My battery lasts 2 weeks from full charge . In the UK there is virtually no sun , so the solar panel does not sufficiently charge the camera. Theres no way the battery lasts 6 months !
New here great video
Can the solar panel be plugged all the time to maintain the charge of the camera? Also, is there cloud storage in case the camera becomes disabled?
