For some reason New Zealand has had really good stock of Zotac cards, just like the 3000 series. there is only a handful of other brands 4090, again just like the 3000 launch.
Tim the 4090 is worth getting it only cost me 1800 for my 4090. If you think about it I payed 2300 for a 3090 back in May of 2021 so all things considered I got a good deal. My 4090 is giving me double what I was getting out of my water cooled 3090 🤔. Let me tell you my 4090 is a GREAT GREAT GPU 🥲.
6900XT for $600 is pretty good.
Still plently in stock here in NZ. They even have a long weekend sale. Few can afford $4000 NZD.
I don't need anything more than the RTX 3080 Ti that I have for the games I play at 4K, including MSFS 2020.
But still people are buying rtx3050 instead of rx6600/6650xt wtf
the cheapest 4090 in belgium is priced at 2.3k…… so honestly who is gonna buy this?
Happy with my 6600. Was $230 on Amazon a few days ago.
It's wild how much pricing difference there is to the US MSRP and to seemingly the rest of the world.. at least Australia and Europe, where it's over 2000 euro or equivalent, I know it's the "norm" but still.. man, just doesn't seem worth it 😐
Winter recession will fuck Nvidia hard (i hope), there is also the USA chips ban against China, wonder how that will affect prices in the future
Fuck my life. I wish we had ebay here in my country. Those second hand prices are insane especially for rtx 2000 series. Those 2070 and 2080 GPUs look awesome for price. In my country new 1060 6gb is still 300 euros, 3060 is like 600 euros at least. And because those insane prices even second hand market follows.
The title of the video should be "Should Nvidia be worried about AMD" because I have a feeling the GPU market is about to shift in AMD's favor with their much better price to performance month by month. More gamerz are realizing you pay for the "RTX tax" & don't get much of a benefit from it. Ya the drivers & encoders are somewhat better also with Nvidia but over time that will continue to balance out.
In my opinion, the used prices are what the mid-range cards should be priced at new. But this clearly shows that people still haven't learned their lesson, and they think they're "getting a deal" because their memory doesn't go back further than a year.
I got a good deal on a 2070 Super a couple months ago (STILL below average price right now) so I feel like I got a nice deal, and I'll still be doing fairly good for further price declines. Even if I technically lose a little money on my card prematurely, I'm still glad I didn't drop a ton more, because any losses could be much greater. But I was playing some Plague Tale: Requiem earlier, and I'm ngl, it has me nervous lmao.
I don't know why anyone would buy a used RTX 3060 when they could have a used RX 5700 XT with the same performance for 64% the cost.
And why is anyone buying a used 6600 for the same cost of a used RX 5700 XT for 27% LESS performance? Mind boggling.
$2,240 usd in Japan at the current exchange rate of about $1=150JPY, but out of stock. 🥲
how many people buy it for gaming and not work ?
I just want a cheap RTX 2060 with 12 GB, but the prices in Europe/Germany are horrible, regardless of GPU
Fuck those prices. I was planning to get a 3090 Ti for under $1K but now it's impossible where I live. Got me an used $500 3070 Ti 2 months ago and so far I'm happy with it. Would've loved to get a top-tier card but the prices are still damn too high.
I'm slowly assembling a new pc. I am currently running a 6 year old pc with a 970. I keep thinking, Should I press the buy button this month or the next?
Nvidia: launches the 3090 Ti this year at a ridiculous price
People: complains
Also Nvidia: launches the 4090 this same year at an even more ridiculous price
People: goes and buys the 3090Ti at a reduced price
Nvidia: still wins
Jensen Wrong can go swivel. In fact, the whole industry can go swivel, I will stick to m 5700xt, playing everything at 1440p with my 60hz TV., and enjoying what I have got. Nvidia will become the new 'EA or Blzzard' of hardware and they are well on their way.
AMD for the win baby!
You should do a cpu one as well
Im waiting amd move. They can get my money if they do the smart move. If they do nvidia style move, ill just buy a new used gpu.
Still waiting for that 400$ 3090
