What are free VPNs? Let’s find out in today’s video! Here are the best overall VPNs that are ideal for privacy, speed, streaming, torrenting & online security.

How’s it going everybody? Welcome back. And today, I wanted to quickly address a question that I saw in my comments and it is what are free VPNs. Now a VPN or virtual private network is a service that allows you to securely connect to the internet and protect your online privacy. A free VPN is a VPN service that is provided free of charge. Now free VPNs work by routing your internet connection through a server that is operated by the VPN provider. This server encrypts your traffic and assigns you a new IP address, which helps to hide your identity and location online free VPNs can be used to unblock sites that are restricted in certain countries. You can also use it to protect your data from hackers and third parties and to secure your internet connection when using public Wi Fi. Now while free vpn such as proton VPN, for example, this is the best example of a free VPN that is also safe to use. They do have some benefits, but they are not without drawbacks. Free VPN is may have slower speeds and less reliable connections than paid VPNs. So it’s important to be cautious when using a free VPN and to choose a reputable provider. And my best recommendation would be proton VPN if you’re looking for a free VPN, since they do not collect your data, and it’s a generally a very reputable and trusted VPN provider. But of course, you do have some limitations in terms of servers, and the faster servers are obviously reserved for paying customers. And of course, the free servers are going to be quite congested and congested servers are going to limit your speed obviously, unless you go for the premium version, you won’t be able to unblock streaming services using the free servers and you won’t be able to torrent because they just won’t allow for torrenting. Now that’s it for free VPNs. If you’re interested in getting yourself a free VPN, this is my recommendation. But if you’re interested in a more premium version, or a premium VPN that has all the servers that you need, you’ll be able to unblock all kinds of streaming services, a strict no logs policy and you’ll be able to torrent safely of course and secure multiple devices with a single subscription, you can go with some of the best VPNs out there. So it’s a lot of value for the money and surf shark is going to be the best budget option that gets the job done at the cheapest possible cost without really sacrificing any of the necessary security features that you need to keep your device is secure. So that’s pretty much it for this video. Hopefully you guys learned something.
