I live in the Netherlands and on Apple Maps bike navigation is not available. Again, in the NETHERLANDS. Why?😂
Apple Maps in Australia is better than Goggle Maps now
I definitely prefer Google. When comparing directions with someone else that I work with, Google's traffic detection and routing does a way better job than Apple's and has had me there the same time or faster in every time we have tested.

Apple Maps lacks some places compared with Google Map. But for the navigation experience, Apple Maps is far better😢

apple maps is prettier but when it comes to daily usage it's far behind google maps (at least where i live)
Can you call the Pixar one and Easter egg? The lamp and ball are actually part of their campus IRL in Emeryville. PS i think Apple Maps is better because it's so much prettier, even if google has far better data and reviews
For the last question, for everyone outside of the usa, apple maps is unusable. It kinda works in some of the larger european cities, but everyone lists their business in google maps instead. In my country (latam) apple maps shows the streets and some business but it literally cannot show you routes for whatever reason.
