To take advantage of presentation coach, log in to office.com (it’s free with a Microsoft account), click on PowerPoint, and click into a presentation. Click on Slide Show and Rehearse with Coach. Coach will evaluate your pacing, filler words, originality, culturally sensitive terms, and other parts of your presentation. At the end of your rehearsal, you’ll get a summary of how you did. Let me know what you think in the comments of this new feature! It’s only available on PowerPoint on the web and not in the desktop apps.

Presentation Coach is one of the cloud-enhanced features in Office 365 and is powered by Microsoft Speech Services. Your speech utterances will be sent to Microsoft to provide you with this service.

You try to make up by giving more details for each point but why just don't you show them when you start talking about them except if you didn't prepare very well so you didn't want to waste your time to impress your audience.

It is quite interesting and amazing all your presentation. I was inspired by most of action movies. You know the bad guy just enter the name of a person then a bunch of information concern pop up. What kind of software is that?
I want to start a project by collecting all the information around me and keep it in my computer. I imagine in 5 or 10 years those information will take a size of a mountain not easy to retrieve. So with the method in the movie I can recall the information I want. This could help also strengthen the memory. I hope you can figure out what I mean. Thank you so much for your instructions🙏
Hi Kevin, Thanks for your great tutorials. I am working with OFFICE 365 in French. There is no option REHEARSE WITH COACH in French. I tried to change the langage but without any success. Do you have any suggestions ?
How do you hear yourself in the presentation I cant hear myself
The only annoying thing is that I can't see an option to use rehearse whilst in presenter mode.
Am I missing something? It seems that is a huge oversight if you can't use presenter mode with it.
So this means , the company's slides are not confidential anymore. AI reads all of your slides so do we have privacy?
Thank you Kevin you videos are great by the way!!! Could you kindly give me some advice… I am making a presentation to present to possible investors, probably via skype. Im a complete novice. What is the easiest /fall proof way to actually present, what would you recommend? eg 1. pre record the whole thing with narrations?? as a video with start auto on click . OR 2. To talk it through with notes in my hand incase i forget and advance with arrows and which setting would I use to start this off?? Thank you I am confused with all the different ppt options.
