Why are only these options being considered here? The majority of the rest of the planet outside of NA is simply using hardware agnostic messaging apps.
Be it Whatsapp, Telegram, Signal or Facebook Messenger. They all have groups, video chat, voice messages, image sending etc..
I genuinely don't get why anyone cares about "blue messages".
Mentioning Samsung also is kinda unecessary here. They are simply implementing the standard that everyone except Apple is using. So do essentially all android sms apps. Because well… one has the choice to select and sms app one desires.
