i fried my ram controler by touching this metal heatsink to it, while upgrading my ram oh by the way i own ideapad r5 5600h rtx3050. thankfully it was repairable but costly, so remember to always unplug your battery!

Lenovo is garbage. I had 3 ideapads and all had issues in the first month. Customer service is worthless too. Never Again! Worst 3 months of my life.

Lenovo always been crazy in the budget gaming laptop market. My first introduction to "PC gaming" was a 1080p lenovo with SLI 750m's. Was a killer deal too. Back when the 7 series was Nvidia's newest line. I remember looking up so many videos about its performance in games weeks before I got it. I haven't gotten anything Lenovo since as I build my own towers now and get much more premium laptops, but I will always appreciate and respect what Lenovo does.

i have the same laptop but the i7 variant. its a good laptop but the display is really bad. out of the box the screen had small lines that could be seen. the lines are more visible on apps with white backgrounds.

Recently bought a Lenovo legion laptop for 539 on eBay. 4600h 1650 ti 8gb rams and 512ssd. Never been happier. Lenovo makes the best bang for the buck laptops. Also they aren’t to flashy.

Unfortunately it's using the i5 11300H which is their 4C/8T 35W CPU. Although it's fine for the most part it can bottleneck some games if the GPU gets any higher. If you want to buy this machine I suggest getting the Ryzen 5 5600H variant.

You need to check to make sure u used a 3200mhz stock with jdec specs to be out of the box not like those other ones where u upgrade and it runs like 2666mhz . I would of just upgraded the whole matching kit
