Is Tudor a one-trick pony? Since i bought the first Black Bay Heritage 10 years ago, not a lot changed.

  2. @ralphpeiris5996

I fell in love with this watch. I bought it but no date? Any way original band is my favorite

  3. @roderick9018

Have the older one in black / blue bezel. Damn I really want this one now too…

  4. @kevinr206

looks like a killer, waiting for more color options

  5. @raylang339

I'm very seriously considering the purchase of this BB 41 burgundy for my sixty-fifth birthday this summer. It's been on my mind for many months now, and this video is getting me very excited. The oyster bracelet is more to my liking as I have an 8 1/2 inch wrist and I find the jubilee bracelet too flexible. Good job Teddy.

  6. I bought the first one that came to my AD last May. You are spot-on about the sizing. 6.5 wrist here, so I was going to get the BB54. But when I tried them both on, I was amazed at how nice the 41mm felt and looked on my wrist. Plus the burgundy bezel and jubilee bracelet on the 41mm made the BB54 look boring (and small) when side-by-side.

By the way, Teddy, this AD is in your neighborhood. I have family in Cleveland, so I travel there frequently. I’m still waiting for you to open a storefront so I can possibly meet you.

  7. Hi, I have a question. Is that possible to have a pelagos but with the dial and hands of the blackbay? Like a custom pelagos, I wouldn’t mind to pay extra for that service.

  8. @JamyRyals

I have had my eye on this one. I’m not typically a dice watch fan, but that color is a delight.

  9. @pauleck4913

Why doesn't Tudor use a ceramic bezel? Don't hate me, just wondering.

  10. @porscheoscar

unpopular opinion: This dial is the most boring watch of the last 50 years. I can't believe boring has this many variations. I'd rather save the money for a Grand Seiko with a textured dial or a Longines Zulu Time or a Breitling Super Ocean.

  11. @nchance1

Still waiting for a Black Bay Submariner…..

  12. @ricardorgomez

I'm not a big Diver fan… Just not my thing. But this one might be the one exception. The understated elegance, fantastic color combinations and the burgundy dial… This might be it. And as great watch it is, not crazy expensive. And as someone else mentioned here, they added a black and red RubberB which tones it down just. little more for me to wear it as a daily driver.

    It's on my list. ❤

  13. @user-mi7ph4cg8i

I really hope that Tudor introduces a variant of this watch with the blue bezel and silver, rather than gold markings for this coming year.

  14. @thetrainingcoop

Is this the same burgundy found on Tudor’s aluminum GMT ‘pepsi’ bezel insert?

  15. @drnick40

Like the watch, especially the jubilee bracelet flavor and the clasp. The BB58 is still my favorite Tudor though. I wish however the brand to come out with a new movement with the functionality of the Omega 8900. A Tudor Black Bay 58, on a jubilee bracelet with T- clasp and with a jumping hour hand movement will be a killer watch. Thanks Teddy!

  16. @motogunner750

This is my second favorite Tudor! Though I'd have it on the three link.

  17. Own this with the oyster-style bracelet. It is my most worn watch since I got it last summer. The accuracy of this watch is mind blowing and the only watch I have that beats it is a quartz based Casio that is linked to atomic time. The burgundy bezel with the sunburst black dial is jaw dropping, you have to see it in person to truly appreciate it.

  18. I understand this metas BB is the best BB to date…..but hear me out…..The smiley version 79220 and in-house version 79230 are the next reference numbers in sequence from the 7922 and 7923 tudors of the 1950’s. I think Tudor did that for a reason. This 3rd generation departs from those series of reference numbers for a new long azzzzz model number that is unrelated. Tudor is evolving the shape, profile, refinements and movements off of the 1st generation 79220, slowly but surely. Despite the size, shape, moans and niggles of the 79220 and 79230(especially) I think in time we will look back and see a great importance in those early, more raw form, models. Just my random enthusiasts 2 cents.

  19. @Kanvar010

I got this watch for a few months now. Wears very nicely on my 6.5 inch wrist and e 5 link bracelet just wrap’s comfortably. love the dial and accents and e burgundy bezel just pops out. Beautiful! The movement is the game changer and i think lots more in e BB range will get this upgrade.

  20. @amurph3

I have the BB58 and these improvements are exactly what I wanted

  21. @scottlisson7055

I own the previous model. It’s awesome. This one looks even better. Might have to upgrade.

  22. @OwnedRL

The misaligned logo and dial markers – classic.

  23. @greggeorgiou52

Yes very good I’d prefer black bezel when it is released on rubber strap

  24. @Watchamacallit

Putting the thickness issue in perspective, 1 mm is one 25th of an inch. Look at a ruler with both inch and millimeter scales and see if you think that much less would make a difference in wearability. Teddy is always saying things like ”this 39 mm wears more like a 39-1/2 mm". Has he got a micrometer insert in his eyeballs, LOL?

  25. @gregbe2269

In the 6 months I've owned this, I have had 3 strangers come up to me and say "nice watch". Maybe the jubilee, maybe the red color, but that hasn't happened to me before (except fellow watch nerds complimenting me on my Speedmaster). I have owned all three iterations of the red black bay and this one is definitely the best. Love it.

  26. @MarkDanger777

Anyone else have QC issue with their tudor? My root beer hour markers are misaligned. My watch doesn't switch date at 12am, it switches at 12:03 and 25 seconds

  27. @theoverlord1925

Too heavy, too thick, too expensive for what it is. Then you will have to pay top dollar for servicing the in house movement as it will have to go back to Tudor/ Rolex for servicing . Add all those costs up throughout the years , factor in the depreciation and see if it’s a smart purchase ? That’s what I thought . Plus having one of these is not “ special “ as every other Tom, Dick and Harry has one or another Tudor model…..

  28. @JJ.64

I bought this watch last November and it feels so special with that burgundy. Worth it every $.

  29. @Max.Effect

Tudor is still my favorite brand. What great improvements here. I really hope they'll release this five links bracelet for the BB58 😊

  30. @hallokity123

All tudor really needs to do is release a bb58 Pepsi gmt with a jubilee bracelet and call it a day

  31. @Mike-In-O-Town

What a beautiful watch. My favorite Tudor and one I'd love to own. I think it would look spectacular on my 7.75" wrist. Now I just need to find the cash to own one.

  32. Tried it on and was impressed at the price point. It certainly wears smaller than the previous model. Was it just me or is the dial opening smaller than before? Is that crystal a notch smaller in diameter? If they put the Harrods on the same diet, give it METAS and T-Fit I’m in. But the current model is just a porker with those horrible warty protrusions on the bracelet – faux rivets you say, always looked lame as.

  33. @garethdyos8018

Great timing. I got the call from the AD today for this watch! I pick it up in a few days time! Looking forward to it!

  34. @chris555

I had to get a black bay chrono as soon as I saw one last year but the more I look at their various watches, the more I realise I want more than one!
