    It is cool for normal use but for professional or good recording u gotta rely on the 3rd Party Software

    but you need to pay on play store to get it 2.99euros and i got that for the last 5 years nothing is new here

    Well actually, you could always use the built-in Xbox game bar just by pressing Win+G and selecting the record option. You couldn't do windowed mode though and unfortunately a lot of people (me included for a few years) didn't know it existed.
