I hope to hear your thoughts about Lenovo c940. Mostly compared by other channels with XPS 13. Planning to buy one but don't know which one.
I spent nearly $1500 on this laptop and it’s a complete loss. In 4 months, I’d had over 9 major issues with the basic function of the laptop that I had to call tech support or have them come out to resolve. I’ve lost an unimaginable amount of time fixing the never ending issues. Dell customer service is absolutely atrocious. They refused to return or replace the device, where rude, uncaring, and even hung up on me more than once. I would have been better off getting a cheap $300 laptop than this junk. I had a Toshiba before this one, and it lasted over 8 years AND I never had to call tech support once. Don’t be fooled, Dell pay for positive reviews in magazines, etc. Want to know the truth, go to Dell Headquarters website. Btw, Dell Headquarters are unreachable with a disconnected number. So when customer service in India outright refuse to assist you and hang up in you, you have no remedy. Maybe Dell was a good company once, not anymore.
I have the 2015 MacBook and looking to switch. Idk if I should get another MacBook or switch and this one looks pretty nice.. idk much about computers

I am an owner of xps 9380 and am having rattling noise from only the right speaker. It could be either a software (driver conflicts) or hardware issue. Dell support had no clue how to fix it but the issue is identical to the following video.

im thinking of buiying an xps! they look great and all but im concerned by the finish in the palm rest! is it rubbery? I wownder if it will gue up (go greasy) over time. loke every other rubber finish product
